We have taken three of our favourite hops, Citra, Nectaron and Galaxy to create the last iteration of our Testing range, The Final Cut. This time we have altered the malt bill to provide a contrast to the previous brews.

[On tap at the brewery.] A cloudy amber pour with a tight white head; tropical fruit aroma; fresh tropical taste with mango and pineapple; then a dry crisp bitterness to finish. A nicely made NEIPA.
