Bottle at the Sentinel, Sheffield. Poured a murky brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is light dry coffee. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter with a light thin dry coffee ash tray malt, light liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, deep, reddy brown. Bubbly, lasting, tan head. Nose has creamy, milk chocolate. Light roast coffee bean. Some notes of vine fruit. Roast malts on the back end. Taste is lip stickingly sweet, initially, turning roast coffee bean bitter. Decent depth of body. Smooth mouth. Finishes with a fruity hop bitterness. Nice one. Easy drinking.
