At the very beginning of the last hop harvest season, we were very lucky to visit the only hop farm in Belarus. It was there that we got acquainted with several varieties that particularly impressed us. One of these was the mighty Czech Sladek, grown on native Belarusian soil. Its unusual aromas of juicy dandelions, meadow honey and the sweet taste of lilac flowers are perfect for our light, refreshing lager from our own Ručaj series. And the local malt, reliable lager yeast strain and long lagering time make Ručaj such a drink that it is simply impossible to stop at one glass.
