Cask at the White Swan, Solihull. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, zesty citrus, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery crisp, fruity, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at the Crosse Keys (JDW), City of London. Pale amber with a thin white head; fresh herbal aroma; soft in the mouth with a herbal bitterness and a sweet grainy body; then a peppery finish with some lemony citrus. An OK golden ale.

On cask in London. Smooth mild beginning. Fresh earthy with a moderate bitterness. Easy to drink, fresh and thirst-quenching. Round with a grainy body over a earthy hoppy layer. Great!
