Crafted with 100% Crosby hops, known for their open-source, old-school hop varieties—perfect for a classic West Coast IPA. Featuring their CGX cryo hops, this brew holds a bold blend of grapefruit, dank, and pine flavors, with a crisp, clean finish. Fermented with lager yeast, it’s smooth and easy-drinking with a balanced bitterness. Crosby donated part of the hops, we doubled the contribution, and together we’re supporting the Dutch Cancer Society through this beer.

Can. Semi clear yellowish goldne pour with a white head. Nose is loads of green and grassy hops, a touch of honey sweetness, dank notes. Flavor is weed, grass, light resin, fairly dank. The bittereness is on the low side, the body is quite mineral, lean, a touch chalky. Low-medium carbonation

440ml can. Cloudy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, slightly piney and resinous, minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, hints of grapefruit, lemon, a touch of hemp. Taste is mildly bitter, piney, resinous and citrusy fruity, minimally grassy hoppy, minimally spicy, pale malty basis, hints of grapefruit, lemon, a touch of salty cracker, hemp.
Watery texture, rather indifferent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
More a West Coast take on a NEIPA than a real West Coast IPA, adequate hop flavours but no caramel malt detectable, way too mild hop bitterness - decent brew in itself, definitely not a blueprint for a real West Coast IPA.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. A bit tame for a West Coast IPA. Aroma of fruity hop, citrus, orange, some grapefruit and a hint of pine. A bitterness too modest joined by a light sweetness. Body is medium.
