Can bought at Hogs Back Brewery Shop. An attractive light toffee brown. Somewhat hazy. Thick foamy light beige head. The aroma combines herbal hops with caramel. Initial light caramel. Sweet but not overly so. Chewy. The hops then come through. Resinous. Herbal. A tickle of restrained yet tart citrus. That cheey sweet and infact slightly smokey caramel makes a reappearance. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft carbonation with a gentle fizz. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hits the spot.

Can. Pours a dark brown colour with a tight white head, plenty of hops and malt in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.
