H:11 is a straw-yellow hazy IPA with a low bitterness and a medium-sweet finish. We used malted rye to enhance the body and hopped (at 16 grams per liter) with a blend of our favourite NZ hop varieties - Superdelic, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka - to give a punchy flavour and aroma profile of white grape, tropical fruit and sweet candy.

Bottle from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours hazy yellow with large white head. Aroma is malt, orange, mango, pineapple, and tangerine. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is a but short and mostly sweet with notes of malt, orange, pineapple, mango, tangerine, melon, and light spicy notes. Ends on thick finish which reminds me of full cream and mango lassi. A bit too much carbonation for my taste, though.
