A real fun collaboration we did with our friends at Almanac. A British Inspired Saison brewed with Maris Otter, and British and German hops. Aged in fresh wine barrels with a blend of our and Almanac’s mixed cultures.
Notes of delicate smarties, almondy cherry pits, medium well toast, homemade pear butter mature attic spaces, a classic red wine barrel, and drying herbs. We encourage you to let in the light.

Bottle shared with explosivedog: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is funky, candy. Funky. Taste is lightly tart and a little herbal. Funky. Lots of winy notes, along with hints of berries. Aged nicely, as this is about 5 years old.
