This hoppy ale, brewed with the addition of corn, coriander leaf and fresh lime peel, produces a beer like no other and is fresh, fruity and zesty. It’s like a fiesta in your mouth, so come join the party!

Bottle, 8C. Light amber with a large white head that lasts well, high bead. Aroma of lime, hay, grapefruit, coriander, white pepper. Tastes of cornbread and lime. No obvious "normal" wheat beer esters. Hop aromatics in the aroma get lost a bit which is a shame. Dry spicy moderately bitter finish with lingering lime. Fun. Presumably when they get a brewery this will be cheaper and then they’ll sell shedloads of this in summer.

Pours amber with a massive head.Nose shows doughy wheat, wafer bread, herbal coriander, lime and a savoury note. Really does conjure up images of tacos. Some spicy and floral hops underneath.Less intense flavours. Mainly cornbread with a hit of lime followed by a bit of the coriander.Carbonation could be a fair bit higher.Interesting and enjoyable stuff.

This is literally the taco in beer form. In fact, it tastes just a little too much like a taco for my liking. Thankfully I just had a shooter at the Tastes of Victoria Pavilion at the Royal Melbourne Show. I don’t think I could have knocked a full glass back. There should be some sort of award for pulling off such a feat, however.
