0.5 liter draft at Ratskeller Passau in Passau, Germany. The pour is a hazed golden copper with a one inch white head. The aroma is earth, grain, mineral and light citrus. The taste is floral, citrus lemon and then the grain, earth and mineral dry. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel and a lingering citrus dry finish. Really nice.
