15cl pour @ 3 Fonteinen, drawn from the barrel through a handpull. Pours a hazed gold, flat, good tang, soft funk, some white grape nuances, hint of brett, but ultimately comes across a bit deflated. So so.

From tap as Sylvaner Druivenlambik @ the source. Head is medium, off-white, average retention. Colour is shiny deep gold, hazy. Aroma is citrus, funky, grapes, brett, leather, spicy. Taste is full malty base, light sour citrus, grapes, white wine touch, spicy, woody, brett, lime, no low carbonation, very good, fully enjoyed.

On tap at droom, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Nose has a nice musty grape skin character and light funky leather. Flavour is full of deep musty white wine grape skins, moderate funk, and light leather. Full of white wine grapes and modest funk on the finish. Loving this.

[2023 Vintage] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas for the Olambic Games. Pours clear gold with no head. Barnyard funk on the nose. Flavour has juicy grapes, some barnyard funk, and a fairly dry finish.

Tap at Moeder Fontainas Lambic Games. Clear golden with lasting white head. Massive spicy grapes, funk, dry oak, vanilla, lychee, leather, peppery, alcohol. Under medium sour, sweet and bitter. Full bodied.
