Draught @ The Jolly Fisherman, Hastings. Misty gold pour, loose bubbles atop. Vibrant gueuze nose, some green apple, floral notes. Excellent gueuze profile.. crisp with bright effervescence.. really nicely presented

CBH2025. 2024 Vintage. Pale yellow colour, minor head. Nicely tart and funky fruity tones to it. Flavour is funky, some floral, citrusy and mild wooden and acidic tones to it. Very easy going and refreshing, but also quite complex as for the aroma and flavour.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas - Olambic Games, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of horse blanket, some leather, and light funk. Flavour is very dry, full of rustic farmhouse notes, light funk, and old leather. Really good bland, finishing dry and musty. Excellent.

[2024 Vintage] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas for the Olambic Games. Pours murky gold with a white head. Musty, rustic nose. Flavour has dry, rustic yeast, some bugs. Very nice.
