Bottle from Bernie’s Real Ale off license, Solihull. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is sweet malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light sweet malt, watery metallic hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Label doesn’t specify the hops used in this, so presumably warrants a separate entry. Anyhow, it’s clear amber. Film and halo of sticky, off white head. Nose has grain and some fruit. Taste is soft sweet. Thin body. Too much fizz. Dries out toward the end.
