Keep it elliptical! This new hazy is juicy and full-bodied but crushable like usual, but the addition of Elani pushes this one just a little outside the norm of typical hop combos. Elani brings Bright, fresh tropical fruit with hints of lime and white peach, alongside Nelson and Mosaic to bring it full circle.

Can shared at the Hotel, Aarhus - Lovely medley of tropical and citrus fruity goodness, Barrett fruit salad sweets, peach and pineapple, citrusy lemony wash, semi sweet malty backing, dank sided balanced bitter hoppy finish. Gorgeous.

Draft at Ale Arsenal. Pours hazy yellow with full white head. Overt tropics on both the aroma and flavor. Really nice and well rounded beer.
