Dolce Vita, a brand new Czech Italian Pilsner. We brewed this unique pilsner together with our friends from the renowned Italian brewery Alder. Starting with our trusted lager recipe, we added a generous dose of hops to bring together two distinctive lager traditions. Dolce Vita combines the rich fullness of a classic Czech pilsner with the bold hoppiness typical of Italian-style lagers. Our favorite hop duo, Saaz and Sladek, is enhanced by Harmonie, which adds a delicate floral aroma and subtle peach notes, beautifully supporting the hop profile. Dolce Vita is a drinkable, distinctive, and intriguing pilsner that celebrates the best of both brewing cultures.

Can at home in the garden, 30 degrees heat, 29th June 25. Pours a pretty clear golden. Aroma is grass and straw. Taste is clean and bitter, grass and hay, mellow, aromatic. Very good

Can @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours cloudy Golden with a White creamy head. Doughy White bread and a crisp hoppy firm bitterness. Smoothness. Dry bitter finish. Clean - unlike the massively dms infected 11 I Got on the side. 3.8 That fresh brewpub malt signature Vinohradsky I Can almost sense again.

Grainy malty, grassy hoppy and slightly herbal with some hay and earthiness, mild bitterness. Quite crushable

Tap at the brewpub, thx Ryan! Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Blueberry yoghurt in the aroma, remarkably enough. Smooth taste fruity, blueberry-floral, soft, bit creamy, low low bitterish-tart touch by the finish, soft carbonation. Okay, less thrilling than expected but okay.
