A classic English bitter, with layers of caramel and toffee flavour balanced by a medley of hops for a bittersweet finish. A light dry hopping of Citra adds a fruity edge for eminent quaffability. Vegan.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 1st May 2025. Hazy coppery amber with shallow, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Tangy citrus, leafy hops and maltiness in aroma. Rounded bitterness in-mouth and a finish of tangy fruits, bitter grasses and sweet malts. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body. Nicely crafted.
