A bright and crisp amber coloured bitter, gently dry hopped with Moutere hops. These provide subtle fruity flavours over the top of a delicately sweet malt backbone, with notes of caramel and toffee

Cask at The Hole In The Wall, Brighton. Nose is toffee, caramel, red apple, jammy red fruits. Taste is toffee apple, caramel. Malty bittersweet aftertaste. Decent.

Pint in The City Arms, Manchester after a concert. Appropriate name I thought after listening to Dvorak Symphony No 9. A good traditional English bitter.
