A bright and crisp amber coloured bitter, gently dry hopped with Moutere hops. These provide subtle fruity flavours over the top of a delicately sweet malt backbone, with notes of caramel and toffee

Pint in The City Arms, Manchester after a concert. Appropriate name I thought after listening to Dvorak Symphony No 9. A good traditional English bitter.
