Dark copper coloured body. A few white dimples on the surface. Aroma is made of caramel malts. Ditto taste with juicy bitterness on the swallow. Traditional bitter with a nice blend of caramel malts and fruits. Cask, half at Bankers Draft (Wetherspoon’s), Sheffield 2 Oct 10.

Cask på Bankers Draft, Sheffield 2 Okt 10. Lys gylden. OK kremskum som forsvinner. Svakt vinaktig aroma. Smaken litt tynn men avrundet fruktig. Kjedelig men OK. Svakt fruktig ettersmak.

Cask-conditioned at the Royal Hop Pole (JDW), Tewkesbury 25/09/10. Deep amber in colour with a slight, off-white head. Fruity malt aroma with an earthy edge. Malty flavour, with some orange sweetness, damp leaves and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.
