Brewed in support of the Canadian Pilsner Project, conceived by Toronto's True History Brewing, using only Canadian ingredients. The release is timed to coincide with their annual A Crisp Day In May™️ event, a celebration of Pilsner showcasing the diversity of the style.
We used Mississippi Mills Malting Pilsner, hops from Houblonnière Lupuline and Superlager from Escarpment Labs to create a crisp lager with a tropical twist.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, very nice. On tap at brewery.
