ONE NIGHT IN DUBAI – INSPIRED BY DUBAI CHOCOLATE, LIKE A PINT OF SWEET INDULGENCE
Here comes our long-awaited release – a beer that was quite the bold endeavor for us.
Our colleague Tomi Sáfri really wanted to create a beer inspired by the famous Dubai chocolates. So we brewed this luscious Imperial Pastry Stout, packed with pistachios and tahini (yes, sesame paste), to bring out those unique chocolatey notes.
But what does Dubai chocolate even taste like? Thanks to Tamás, we’ve sampled more than we’d like to admit (purely for research purposes, of course), and we came to the conclusion: no two are exactly the same. The real magic lies in their crisp pastry layers – something you can’t quite translate into a beer.
Still, the nutty pistachio and rich sesame flavors found their way into the sweet, chocolate-forward body of this brew.
The result is something we’re truly proud of – not only is this possibly the first beer inspired by Dubai chocolate, but it’s also a damn tasty Imperial Pastry Stout. At 9.4%, the alcohol melts into the velvety sweetness — and before you know it, you’re halfway across the world on a night you won’t forget.

Tap at Madhouse. Muddy brown body, not much head. Huge chocolate and pistacchio aroma, nailed it. Lean, creamy taste, quite roasty, chocolate pudding, some low alcohol. Not thrilled...the roasty bitterness is too much.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kávés, vaníliás, pisztáciás, szezámmagos illat, halvány aszalt szilvás aromával. Édeskés, lágy, csokis, kávés, pisztáciás, vaníliás íz, némi szezámmaggal, kakaóporos lecsengéssel. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Finom, de kissé viszafogottnak találtam dubai vonalat.
