Cask at Craft Holborn, 27/08/14. Clear golden amber with a moderate beige covering. Nose is mellow fruits, light vanilla, straw, caramel. Taste comprises light fruit, biscuit, vanilla essence, hint of lemon rind. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a trace of bitterness. So so.

Cask gravity at Fullerians Rugby club beer fest. Orange light copper colour with a loose off white big bubble head. Aroma is berry, tea, English hop and light caramel. Flavout is caramel toast malt with a touch of caramel sweetness. Palate is medium chalky and medium dry finish. Lingering earthy berry. Not bad bitter.

The Ale House, Chelmsford. Cask. Pretty much a clear deep amber beer, small white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation, semi dry. Light dry malt. Nice mellow hops with a decent fruity tang, lime led. Very mild tropical fruits. Smooth finish. One of the better beers I’ve had from Tring and in great condition here.
