Brewed with Simcoe, Nelson, a touch of Citra, fermented with Weihenstephaner lager yeast, made with 100% pilsner malt. Fruity on the nose with a touch of pine, medium hop derived bitterness and a clean dry finish.

Clear, brass-gold. Small, white head.
Getting lots of acidity, in a slightly weird way, but not off putting. Guess it's the hopping. Malt behind it is rich, but attenuated.
Clean and malty with lemon, white wine, interesting acidity and light, unripe papaya. Malty but nicely dry. clean.
