They started with a smooth base accentuated by subtle additions of lightly roasted malts. Then they reached for the same old-world Noble Hops that European brewers have used for centuries.
Tasting Notes
Look for hints of wheat bread and just a touch of honey folding into subtle wildflower nuances. And that finish comes through as smooth as a spring breeze.

16oz can. Really nice beer. Awesome malt tone, smooth caramel. Perfect body. Excellent stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear copper/amber with a transient white head. Aroma is quite malty. Med body. Flavor is toffee/caramel with some grass/spice. Malty, but seems dry. Bitterness is moderate. Not quite like other ambers I can recall. Much stronger flavor than many. Good.

Color of an iced tea work a puff of foam that dissipated as I tried to frame that photo. Nose is plenty of kilned malt, maybe some Werther caramel. Taste is even bigger on malt. More Amber beer character than, say, a Vienna, or the East Coast old-fashioned lagers. Bold with a side of molasses. Hope come in very sharp and keep the taste dry. Robust!
