Wort is collected straight from the sparged mash of legendary Pohjoisen Jättiläinen by Kosoolan Panimo. There was no boil and we let it chill without a lid in a warm spring night of Pappilankorpi. Later we added house mixed culture yeast to speed up the fermentation.

Tap at mini-CBH, Oljenkorsi, Helsinki. Colour is deep orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, lingonberries and sourness. Very confusing.
