A blend of mixed fermentation sour red-brown beer aged for 12 months in red wine barrels, then aged 3 months on 25 lbs/gal of Michigan-grown Montmorency cherries. The flavor is bursting with fresh cherry juice, along with sweet almond nuttiness, creamy waves of vanilla, hints of fig and earth, and a long, dry, vibrantly acidic finish.
