Bottled picked up at their stall at Huntly farmers market. Opens with a pop! It pours slightly hazy very pale greenish - gold with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, juicy, crunchy green fruits, tangy apple, sherbet, white grape, gooseberry, spor plooms, must, funk, damp gay and barnyard. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, juicy, crunchy apple, white grapes, gooseberry, sour melon, soor plooms, musty, sherbet, puckering, woody tannins, dried florals, barnyard funk and a splash of white wine with a firmly drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely bright fruits supported with funk. Vibrant and moreish. Delicious.
