Forest IPA
Beer: pale, unfiltered, pasteurized.
A dry IPA brewed with Comet and Centennial hops, plus Falconer's Flight blend. During the boil, we added freshly picked spruce needles, giving the beer a unique forest-like, resinous, and piney character.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, spruce needles, yeast.
Bitterness: 4/5
Temperature: 8-12°C
