Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity, floral and funky. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart rhubarb, citrus, subtle floral lavender notes,
accompanied by some rural funk and oak wood. Medium body, quite a lot of carbonation for this style.

750mL bottle at Boernerf. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Tons of lavender and some nice old furniture on the nose. Flavour has lavender, tart rhubarb, some old wood. Rhubarb is a bit too grassy, but I like the combination of lavender and rhubarb.

750mL bottle at Boerenerf, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a very herbal, fresh rhubarb —- like it just came from the garden — with plenty of lavender and gentle hay. Flavour is full of fresh rhubarb, moderate lavender, gentle tart citrus, and a touch of funk. Tons of herbal notes. Good but not amazing.
