Beer engine draft at Brew Lab in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is an opaque black brown, with a small khaki head. The aroma is roast malt and malt sweetness. The taste starts with roast, slightly char and then moves quickly to a cane sugar sweetness before returning to a dry earth roast malt finish. The palate is medium-bodied, soft to low carbonation and the dry finish. Solid.
