Clean refreshing palate with marked fragrant citrus aroma of dry hopped Amarillo.
Suffolk Blonde is a clear golden lager with a marked fragrant citrus aroma. With a clean and refreshing palate, it is light in body with a deceptively assertive flavour. The Suffolk Blonde has excellent balance, and is particularly refreshing and sessionable.

Panda via Grumbo. An unclear golden/orangey colour with a white head. Aroma of orange and sweet malts. Taste of sweet malts mixed with jammy orange, tangy, almost sour thing going on, but it's all very weak. Body is light, watery.
Meh. Glad I only had a small sample. New brewery tick for me at least.

17/1/2026. Can at ITFC Beer share. From the Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following the World Beer Awards. Lively pour. Weak, citrusy, watery brew. Touch of sweet white grape. Musty. Not so good:

Keg at Oakea Barn, Bury St Edmunds. Aroma had a whiff of citrus, alongside malts and a metallic edge. All somewhat muted though. Clear light gold. Thick foamy white head. Flavourwise it's a damp squib. Some citra citrus sourness. Malts. A metallic edge. But all rather watered down. Thin. Light. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Rubbish stuff.
