DDH DIPA hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Superdelic hops to produce those beloved biotransformation thiols, with a fruity, sulfurous, rubbery character and finished with the fruity mango and passion fruit aromas of Mosaic.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold beer, residual bubbly pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crisp snap. Light smooth pale malts, a fairly forward creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. Some alco pops hop fruits, a fair amount of hop spice. Ripe citrus, ripe stone fruits. Airy and semi dry finish leaves a light but persistently hop spicy finish. Tidy but, lacking a little elegance.

Can at home, from OKasional online, 04/05/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is raw pineapple, grass, mixed tropicana, guava, airy malts.
Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, light dank tickle, pine resin, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Tidy DIPA although not much Nelson offered compared to most Nelson named beers on the market these days.
