Fala is a soft and sessionable pale ale with a blend of fruity European hops. Slovenian “Eagle”, is the star with aromas of peach, while a carefully selected yeast strain enhances the hop profile with notes of citrus and rhubarb. An easy going session strength pale not lacking in body.

Handpull cask at the Alexandra Hotel, Derby. Light to mid-gold, clear with an uneven ring of white head. Freshly mown grass, overripe citrus, musty Hop aroma. Sweetish taste with notes of papaya and persimmon, bitterness following. Light texture, a bit oily with soft carbonation. Very nice!
