Bersalis Blond is a refined beer that originates from the beloved Bersalis Tripel. This beer offers the same rich and complex flavor experience, but with a lower alcohol content, making it a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the distinctive taste of Bersalis without the full strength of a tripel. With its balanced mix of malty sweetness, subtle hop bitterness, and a spicy character, Bersalis Blond provides a refreshing and accessible drinking experience that is ideal for any occasion. Taste the essence of Bersalis in a lighter form and discover the full-bodied nature of this blonde beer from Beersel.

Helder donkergeel levendig bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en krachtig met iets van honing, sinaasappel en banaan. Erg fijn bier.

Pours a very clear blonde, large white stable head. Scent is mild, some fruity yeast - banana, but less exhausting, more of a fresh, tropical twist to it, seemingly. Doesnt strike me as hoppy per se, more like perhaps a slightly different (differently used) yeast?

Taste is midlly bittern BE style yeast fzr more typical here, including the exhausting sweet, sticky banana esters - way less refreshing here. Higher carbo, thin body. This is one of those very 13-in-a-dozens for me.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Slight coriander aroma on top of a dry fruitiness and a metallic touch. Medium body, again this dry fruitiness paired with subtle phenols from the Belgian yeast. Heavy carbonation. Some finishing bitterness. 180825

On tap at Oud Beersel, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some soft bready, doughy malt and a touch of Belgian yeast. Flavour is clean, with soft doughy malt and a touch of Belgian yeast. Clean and drinkable but not particularly complex. Decent.
