On draught at Harry’s Hofbrau. As I am allergic to stone fruits, those beers that purport to have those characteristics are tough for me to pick up everything. The aroma is a little muted and malty to me. Moderate low lemon rind with slight pear. Appearance is slightly hazy brushed gold with a full ivory head that linger as a full spring coat across the beer with moderately large bubbles. Unique flavor! Pine sap dominates. Moderate high bitterness. Viscous. Forest accents as it warmed. Could mellow out a little for a more complex taste - but that is where single hops rightfully struggle!
