On tap at Haand Festival. An unclear brown beer with a big beige head that lasts. Cute lacing. The arom is quite complex, nothing really standing out, it’s just a mellow blend of funk, cellar, berries, bread hints, alcohol, peach and some alcohol. There’s a touch of burnt malts in the flavor, but it’s way in the back, with all the good things known from the aroma as well. It’s full-bodied, semi-tart and lightly vinegar-ish, with a lasting finish where the berries are a tad more present than initially. A lovely beer indeed, looking forward to my next encounter. 160527
