Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is light malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big citrus, floral hop palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. It has something going for it!

Growler. Turner’s Craft Beer, Sheffield. Hazy, old gold... go, on. I’ll agree with this. Mine had a thicker head, good solid rounded body, silky mouthfeel. Nose is sweet stoned fruit, not sure if it is nectarine I’m getting, plums and maybe peach. Taste is a great bittersweet combo of tropical fruits that leaves a long and bitter finish, with the strength of this well hidden. Liked this a lot... nice shop too.

Growler. Turner’s Craft Beer, Sheffield. Hazy, old gold. Thin, dense, lasting, lacing, white head. Looks good. Aroma is peachy, but at the peach stone, earthy end of the peachy spectrum. There’s some pear to this. Some light herbal notes, too. The malt comes across as honeyed, and toasty. Taste is light bitter, with some of the honeyed sweetness, in the background. Soft, airy, lightly chewy palate. Finishes long, light bitter. Some of the sweetness hangs on. Pretty rounded. Easy drinking. Nice one.
