Inspired by the zippy charm of a classic compact car, Rabbit cruises in with bold flavor. Brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops, this West Coast IPA pours a rich dark yellow with a gentle haze, showcasing vibrant aromas and layered notes of blueberry, candied peach, and citrus zest. A moderate, snappy bitterness is balanced by a clean, grainy malt backbone that keeps the ride smooth from start to finish.

Undated can (6/30/26 release), drunk 7/22/26.
Eggy-poop notes initially (heavy sulfur), but it relaxes (somewhat) as it breathes. Wood, vegetal, pine character with dried mango giving the most interesting of the hop notes. Am I getting apple on the end too? Easygoing, gently balancing white bread and honey-like malts.
White grape and woodiness with definite blueberry. Zesty, piney bitterness is zippy but never approaching obnoxious or overly acidic. Big, fairly rich malts showing graham cracker-tinged honey and white bread. Peppery, zesty bitterness lingering lightly. I appreciate the modern, WC IPA, I really do, but some of them feel like barely more than a NE IPA with a hint more bitterness. This one pussyfoots around too much, in my opinion. Give me more hop and more bitterness and leave out whatever this graham cracker/caramel malt character is, while you're at it.

Pours clear deep gold into a nonic. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Caramel and pine aromas. Soft and sweet with caramel and lemon upfront turning to pine and cedar before the lasting earthy pith finish.
