Una Session IPA leggera e fresca, con una base morbida data dai malti Pils, Carapils e una generosa dose di avena, che le conferisce un corpo vellutato e una bevuta scorrevole. Il lievito Lallemand Verdant sprigiona note fruttate che si intrecciano alla perfezione con l’esplosione di luppoli selezionati: in bollitura, Idaho 7 Cryo e Phantasm regalano sfumature resinose e tropicali, mentre il double dry hopping con Galaxy, Simcoe Cryo e Hyperboost Mosaic amplifica gli aromi di agrumi, frutta esotica e un tocco erbaceo. Con i suoi 4.8%, è una birra vivace ma easy-going, perfetta per ogni momento della giornata. Chill vibes in ogni sorso!

Un territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, erbe, pesca, mango, frutto della passione, frutta tropicale, prugna e uva spina.

Clear light yellow to bright yellow beer, small creamy dense white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, piny touch, a little dank, tropical fruits, very nice, pleasant, floral touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, lots of citrus, grapefruit, nice bitterness, some tropical fruits, grassy, nice! Aftertaste: pleasant bitterness, zesty, grapefruit, grassy, floral touch, nice and refreshing.

Tap at Luppolo Station (Rome-ITA). Semi clear hay pour, medium white foam. Nose is floral, pretty grassy. The mouthfeel is surely bitter, the texture is medium and rather oily. Grassy-chicory led. Good

On tap at Luppolo 12, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has gentle piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean and quite hoppy for a session, with piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Nice hop expression with a dry finish. Good stuff.
