This hoppy, dry and fruity beer is part of the Cantina Errante Rustic Project. Like the other beers of this project, it was fermented by a wild population of microorganisms that were left by spontaneous fermentations in our cellar.
As it ages the beer may develop a distinct level of sourness that adds to its complexity and character.

On tap at Artisan, pours a hazy dark golden with a medium white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast, light bugs, and some bready malt. Flavour is dry, with rustic and buggy notes, and biscuity malt. A bit jumbled in yeast expression, but pleasant.
