In 2024 we had the great pleasure of meeting the Seoul Brewery team at Putoja, in Lithuania. When they visited us in the beginning of 2025 we knew that we had to brew some collabs and this is the first of several ideas that we shared on that occasion. For this particular beer, we chose a Glenmorangie barrel in which we had an Imperial Stout lying dormant for 12 months, and with the help of Senzu, we selected a coffee from an Honduran producer, Cooperativa Marcala, with notes of ripe fruit, chocolate and dried fruits. In order to smooth our final product we also decided to add condensed milk so we can gift you this velvety Imperial Coffee Stout in which the notes from the barrel, the coffee and the condensed milk are a hymn to complexity!

ZincFest2025. Pale brown colour with not that much head. Aroma is chocolate, some vanilla, mild toffee and some coffee with some fudge and toffee too. Flavour is toffee, coffee, some mild lactose sweetness along with vanilla and mild wooden tones to it as well.
