It’s one of Mountain Culture’s favourite galaxy wide holidays: Star Wars Day. Or May the 4th for those who are just fans of the Gregorian Calendar.
This year we’re celebrating by bringing together hops from all over our hop universe; Australia, New Zealand and the USA, to create a veritable rebel force of out of this world dry hops.
We’ve called in Taiheke with its bright grapefruit and lime. Mosaic Spectrum bringing its clean mango. And Galaxy, of course, full of sparkling passionfruit. Creating an all out tropical assault on your tastebuds, as they battle it out above a smooth, hazy heavenly body.
May the 4th be with you.

From a 500ml can on 6/5/2025. Pours a hazy deep golden with a medium head. The nose features some light citrus and a touch of stone fruit. The flavour follows suit, orange and peach, with a decent dash of lemon in a moderately bitter finish. The palate is slightly silky, the carbonation moderate. Eminently drinkable but not a lot stands out with this one.
