A blend of young non barrel-aged stout and a barrel-aged stout matured in bourbon barrels (70%/30%)— brought together to strike a balance between depth and vibrancy.
Conditioned on fragrant cinnamon from Sri Lanka, two distinct Friedhats coffees (India Ratnagiri RW-7 & Mexico Sipro Café), toasted coconut flakes, and a generous swirl of fat-washed dulce de leche.
Layers upon layers. Familiar warmth meets unexpected nuance.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. Oily black, small tan head. Rich dark malty aroma, some barrel perhaps. Sweet dark malty flavour, some boozy sweetness, caramel and vanilla.

Стаут запомнился что он имел весьма уникальный вкус черного Бельгийского шоколада. Также бочка на месте. Не лучший по балансу при этом.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out lots of bourbon barrel, plenty of coffee, and roasted malt. Flavour has plenty of fruity coffee, some wood, roasted malt, and soft coconut that leaves an airy finish. Lots of coffee and coconut and wood cohering well. Excellent.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of vanilla, intense coffee, cinnamon, spices. Taste of cinnamon, anis, sweet strong dark malt, coffee.
