n tap lieve ambrato schiuma abbondante velata una nota fruttata un po agrumato secca un lieve caramello tostato discreto amaro

On tap @L'Elementare (Rome). Ambrata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianco sporca media. Al naso note di malto, terrose, erbacee, fruttate. In bocca è bilanciata, attacco di maltature splendido e chiusura non così amara. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Modena ma non troppo, comunque buonissima!
