This Triple New England IPA, a collab with our friends at Other Half, was brewed with oats and wheat to create a straw body and creamy mouthfeel. Together, we decided to dry hop it with our newly selected crop of Citra, Simcoe, and Nectaron for the perfect combination of citrusy hop flavors. Please Note: No broccoli was harmed in the making of this beer.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 20/05/2025.
Hazed orange to light golden topped with a white cap that escapes to the edge.
Nose is juicy tropical fruit flesh, grapefruit, pineapple, mandarin, guava.
Taste comprises pineapple, hop spice, pine resin, grass, mandarin, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost.
Tidy TIPA which maintains a good bitter sweet balance.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Just a light haze on this orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, quite light, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, pretty sweet, a little too much so for my liking, bordering on a milky sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine, a fair amount of hop spice and juicy stone fruits with a little semi ripe citrus on the back end. Smooth finish leaves a long spicy linger. It's a drinkable Tipa, would have been dangerously so if the malt base was a bit less sweet.

Hazy AF, and quite a soft hop profile. Drinks easier than most TIPAs.
