750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Hazed orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of ripe apple, orchard floor, woody funk. Taste is sourish, appley, stone fruity, fleshy, with some tangy funky notes, drying acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry soured tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottled on winter 20 quasi arancio leggera velatura discreta gasatura buccia di mela rossa buon tannino secco ma anche con nota di zucchero aromatico candito un po di esteri una punta acidula
