Uploaded the info and sent a picture in. Quite a pretty pour, small, fizzy white head that reverts to a small island of foam and a ring that leaves some lacing and some alcohol legs above the lacing. Body is a sparkling deep gold with a slight haze. The cider appears very carbonated (like champagne) and is audibly fizzy for several minutes. The aroma is sweet with apples and cinnamon. Very nice. Taste is also nice in an apple pie filling kind of way (but it is neither intensely sweet nor sticky). Instread it is fruity with a mouthfeel that is a bit woody and dry (brut). A very nice drink.
