bottle vintage 2018 thanks Alberto chiaro dorato velato vinoso spumamte secco un lieve citrico mela leggermente acerba secco lieve finale tannico

Bottle @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Hazy light yellow pour, minimal white foam going into a consistent lacing. Nose: pinch of honey, floral, tart and sour apples. Mouth: sparkling honey Prosecco.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Luppolo Station (thank you Alberto!). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma media. Al naso note di frutta bianca, mela annurca, bollicina, un filo di acetico. In bocca è appena dolce all'attacco con chiusura leggermente acida, secca e tar. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima!
