Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours opaque dark red, with limited pink foam, medium grained. Aroma is intense of berries and cherries. Body is average, with moderate carbonation and quite an astringency. Taste is medium-high sour and medium sweetness. Final is long and delicately sour.
