on tap oro scarico leggera velatura buona schiuma buona persistenza lieve agrumato un po' di astringenze secca discreto amaronun po ruvida piacevole ma luppoli non ancora espolisivi

Handpump @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note erbacee e citriche, agrumate, biscotto. In bocca è equilibrata, freschissima, attacco lievemente dolce con finale amaro medio-leggero. Corpo medio-basso, carbonazione soft. Ottima.

On tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Opalescent pale golden pour, tick medium white foam. Nose: English malty aroma, a bit earthy, biscuits, recalls meringue somehow. Mouth: soft carbo, malty cookies, bitter grassy finish with a sweet aftertaste. Another great one from Hilltop!
