Sokáig azt sem tudtuk itthon, hogy búzasörből van sötét is. Ma már szerencsére tudjuk, hogy a varázslatos weihenstephani élesztő a sötétebb malátákból is kihozza a maximumot, és hogy a pörköltebb ízek nem feltétlenül vesznek össze a búza napfényes személyiségével. A razziában négy féle sötét maláta keveréke biztosítja a harmonikus mélységeket. "Egy durva razzia után semmi nem nyugtatja meg annyira a gengszteridegeket, mint egy testes barna búza."

0.5 l bottle @ Beer Co. Nagymező. Dark brown color with no head. Malts, salt, yeast and hints of cheese in the aroma. Sweet, malty taste with a bitter, hoppy finish. Intersting beer with a rich taste.

Közepes habja viszonylag gyorsan eltűnik. Barna, teljesen átlátszatlan. Illata búzás, citrusos, picikét gyantás. Búzasörtől szokatlan keserűvel nyit, viszont ez gyorsan el is tűnik, csak az árnyéka marad. Citrusos, gyümölcsös ízvilággal folytatódik a korty, a háttérben komlós, fűszeres felhangokkal. Utóízében a gyümölcsösség dominál, némi fűszerességgel. Testes, de könnyen csúszó itóka.

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. lacks caramel and esters. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

On tap at Eleszto in Budapest. Murky amber, small head. Not in style. Infected. Citrus. Cardboard, yeast. Hard to keep it down. Not like a dunkelweizen. These Hungarians seem to like the infections.
